What is the Wise Leadership Quest?
The Wise Leadership Quest is a full-day, 1:1 coaching experience in a natural setting, designed for executives and entrepreneurs who want to lead with greater purpose, clarity and authenticity. Guided by Aranka van der Pol, you will explore three dimensions of a Wisdom Compass to uncover what truly drives you as a leader.
What you will work on
- Identifying your unique leadership strengths and shadow sides
- Uncovering and transforming limiting beliefs that hold you back
- Clarifying your personal mission, vision and core values
- Discovering your authentic leadership qualities
- Building a practical, step-by-step action plan
What you will take home
At the end of the day you will receive a personalised Wise Leadership Compass — a beautifully crafted document with your insights, tools and a concrete roadmap for the months ahead. Expect renewed inspiration, a sharper sense of direction and the confidence to lead from the inside out.
